Booking & Payment
  • 50 % pre-payment on booking date and the remaining balance will be paid on arrival date at hotel.
  • Booking during 20 Dec- 10 Jan : 100 % Pre-payment on booking date.
  • Delay Check-in will not lead to any reimbursement.
  • Check In Time: 14:00 hrs.
  • Check Out Time: 12:00 hrs.
  • Cancellation Policy

** Daily Rate: Notification of cancellation or amend booking should be at least 14 days prior to the date of arrival, otherwise will be charged 1 night stay and non-refundable for Peak Season. No-show and Early check out or unused night will be charged 1 night stay for Low & High Season and charged 2 nights for Peak Season.

** Weekly & Monthly Rates: Notification of cancellation or amend booking should be at least 1 month prior to the date of arrival, otherwise 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged and non-refundable for Peak Season. No-show and Early check out or unused night will be charged 20% of the total reservation amount for Low & High Season and charged 2 nights for Peak Season.
